Let me get this straight: a young woman is shot in the neck and mortally wounded in a room full of men and LEO and the only help she receives until any sort of “ paramedics” arrive is some guy in a blazer, wearing a mask, is dabbing her mortal neck wound with a hankie? No friends, family, or fellow patriots pulling her clothes of desperate to find the wound and administer some sort of first aid, at least some direct pressure. Zilch.
