Well, at one time it was possible that the Trump document may have contained nuclear codes and Trump might have been ready to sell them to foreign countries.

That is clearly not the case with the Biden documents, because I have not seen a single MSM outlet say that it is possible.

I would agree.

Handling classified document without clearance as VP is illegal.

Handling classified documents as CiC is not illegal.

I mean, the DOJ did have to get a search warrant to get some of the ones back from Trump, while Biden’s attorneys gave his back when they were discovered. That’s a pretty big distinction without getting into all the minutiae of how each ended up in their possession.

Biden’s is worse. There is evidence that he is in China’s pocket.

You should have asked the communist to explain how they are different. You should not ask them this. Only three possible outcomes:
1. Longwinded, insufferable nonsense rambling speech about how you're wrong and stupid and they are smart. 2. Violent outburst. 3. Calls you a racist.

No, it's the opposite IRL:

It's very short. They get nervous and realize they've never been asked to explain. And they realize you're a lot smarter than they are.
No violent outbursts or name calling. They might ask you to explain why they are wrong and after you give 5 or 6 reasons they just give up with 'We'll just have to agree to disagree' and they walk away.
It's actually a lot of fun.

It is. A POTUS is authorized to declass anything he'd like. A VPOTUS is not authorized to do that.

The Dem talking points are Biden only had 10 documents and they were turned in as soon as they were found.

Sure. Sure.

xinn is reporting the documents have classified info on Ukraine, China, and Iran.

Thinking about the Biden documents scandal, I wonder if the existence and timing of the announcement is a calculated effort by the Dems to sideline Biden for 2024. If there is enough of a media stink about it, that may put pressure on Biden to not seek re-election, which I'm convinced is the preferred outcome for the majority of Dems anyway.
I wouldn't put it past the DNC to actually take Joe out and give a POTUS as a parting gift to Kamala on her way out of politics (at least in public). They may wait till halfway through next year though just to be sure the crazy loon can't embarrass them. Having the GOPe impeach and convict Joe would be offset by 1st Woman POTUS, bonus points for POC and smaller + for being such a sock puppet she's easy to handle (just keep her on script). But they would run a "clean" ticket some other pairing like Jeffries (another sock puppet) or some Governor pairings like CA and NY with Cuomo as VP to Newsom.

Probably all three happen at one time.

The communist is right. Trump's documents were in a vault at his house. Biden's documents were in the closet of a public building.

Did they? I don't think we have the whole story on Trumps documents...

We do know that there was a back and forth between the Trump folks and the National Archive, and suddenly, the stakes jumped way up and the DOJ and FBI decided to jump in and raid Trump's house. We don't know what triggered the escalation. Was it because Trump was refusing to allow further access or turn over classified documents? Or did the DOJ decide to make political hay by raiding Trumps house on a process violation instead of taking a diplomatic approach?

Lol. The “vault” that actual FBI and DOJ officials who were literally in there previously said “we’re outta here. Maybe just put an extra lock on there.”

I can’t allow it. Motion denied.

That's exactly why you should ask them.
