Am I the only one that doesn’t really care to stress about the playoff?

Anything the Tigers do from here on out is gravy. If they don’t make the CFP, it’s probably because they slipped up one too many times, be it against FSU or at home against Tennessee…obviously not knowing what goes down in Atlanta.

This team has been so fun to watch, I’m just trying to enjoy the ride. I’ll be in CS hoping to catch LSU stomp the ags. Beyond that, i just want to see 4 quarters of effort against the Dawgs and a NY6 bowl. If it happens to be a semi after and SEC Title, that would be a nice bonus.

Agree 100%. This is year 1 - never expected any of this.

It will happen only if we beat Georgia, so why worry

Nope.

Don’t get me wrong. I’d love for us to be in it. It would be absolutely HUGE for LSU and Kelly going forward, but I’d be extremely happy if we just take Georgia to the wire in the SECCG.

All this does is make me more excited about the potential of this program with someone like kelly at the helm. The organizational health we have rn is shocking considering where we were at a year ago. This team is salty as hale. Never can count them out in any game. I hope we carry that same identity for all of Kelly’s tenure.

This season is already better than any best case scenario I envisioned. I am really enjoying watching the Tigers play.

Brian Kelly might even be COTY in the SEC. He definitely has laid a strong foundation for the upcoming years.

The rational side of me sees it this way, and its true. This has been a phenomenal season greatly exceeding my expectations. But there is another, more diabolical, fanatical part that checks in....and says LETS WIN THE WHOLE. DAMN. THING

House money at this point. Identifying needs for next year and playing loose should be the plan from here on

I feel pretty confident Kelly will have them in contention in future years, so I'm not majorly stressing about the playoffs this year.

If this was the pros where if you miss the superbowl or lose it, you don't know if you will get the chance again, it would be different.

I just want to beat aTm - anything after that is gravy.

Agree. I've thoroughly enjoyed this team and this season. Very proud fan.

Bright bright future ahead when BK gets this roster loaded up.

Before this season I was just hoping for a decent bowl. If we beat aTm, we're pretty much assured a NY6 bowl. I'm definitely down for an SEC title, the playoffs, or even a national championship but we're ahead of schedule right now.

I’m just enjoying the ride, as well. I entered this season with very little in terms of expectations. I just wanted to enjoy the process and watch this team grow. They’ve done that in spades.

I don’t care. If we win out we’re probably in and that’s amazing.

If we don’t, we still go to the sugar bowl and finish the year way ahead of schedule.

I feel the exact same way! I just feel like we have done so much with this team at this point, everything seems like lagniappe!

It just finally feels like LSU football again. That’s what I’m happy about. This tells me that CBK is going to do great things during his time here. The future is bright and it really hasn’t felt like this since the Les Miles day.
