This was not hammered home enough in campaign ads. The Warnock campaign was brutal to Herschel and absolutely crushed him on the violence and abortion stuff.
Herschel's campaign tried to play nice and "be the better man." That shite doesn't work anymore, especially for Republicans. Politics is a kill or be killed world. There is no room to play nice with your opponent. The Walker campaign did not do nearly enough to highlight how much of a piece of shite Warnock is.

Warnock has at least 100,000 more votes than Abrams. That is surprising. Either he had the cash to canvas more votes or maybe male voters left abrams for kemp?
She has never won and was a tool to get out the vote, they changed the law in Georgia and they did not have the same ground game.
Either way, it is shocking that warnock has significantly more raw votes than Abrams.

The difference in the 2 races is the media. They have been pretty easy on Kemp and constantly attacking Walker.
Kemp and Raffensperger were both drilled by Trump supporters after the 2020 election and both won easily last night. If Kemp and Raffensperger
had been more supportive of Trump they would have been attacked by the media as much as Walker.

Warnock is a much better candidate than Abrams. He's smart, witty, normal-looking, etc.

Yep. Why the hell would anyone vote the exact opposite on a ballot? They wouldn’t. A senate or house seats has MORE impact than any governor has to make law. A Governor has very little to make a impact in Washington.

I don’t think anyone truly believes Walker is a good candidate. He is just a good republican yes man who hopefully wont frick things up as bad as a democrat will.
