If any previous similar issues she should be fired
But making a big deal about this like all cops are tyrants is just as bad as BLM people saying all cops are out to get black people

She was terrible, but I think she was about to finally let the dude go. He said something and the fat cop said frick it, arrest him and she did. You would think between the two of them, they could put together one working brain.
