If I’m Kelly I’m calling the league office this morning. Some of those calls are ridiculous:

1. The non targeting call where the players blatantly launches at Daniels after he gave him self up. The only reason he didn’t hit him fully is because Daniels dodged it. Those are the plays you want to call as targeting and should not have been picked up. Absolute garbage. If the ply was reverse on Young it would have been called.

2. The out of bounds touching non fumble recover. What kinda BS is that… the lsu player had 2 hands on the ball. The out of bounds player then knocked it from his hand.

3. The tip ball called no tip. Dude definitely got his fingers on the ball.

Did I hear the ref say it wasn’t unnecessary roughness because he missed him? If so, uh no he didn’t miss him.

We can thank Saban for the fourth terrible call, going for two late in the game and not converting. Had they kicked the extra points, their field goal that tied it would have wine the game (probably since there was not much time left on the clock)

I hate to say it but it was the right call. Stupid arse infuriating rule, but it was applied correctly as it is written.

I didn’t get to see it because I was in the stadium, but I was getting bombarded with text after Young’s miracle scramble/TD where 54 got away with a blatant hold and it wasn’t called. Was this accurate?

.2 was the correct call by the book.

Get over it and enjoy the win.

The no call on the long Bama TD. Perkins was held, then pull down by his helmet. That one frustrated me the most.

Regardless, the better team won and it’s a good day to be a Tiger!

Perkins was being held on the collar by 54 as Young scooted past to throw the late touchdown.

Agreed. That should have still been a penalty. The guy wasn't even close, Daniels was already into his slide when he launched himself and he launched himself low. The fact that he didn't hit him should have no bearing on that call. It's a bullshite dangerous play.

He did NOT knock it from his hand, all he had to do is touch it and he killed it. It's a terrible rule.

Idk, he missed him on the slide and it was a bang bang play. I'm fine with that flag being pulled up.

The out of bounds fumble was a stupid interpretation of a stupid rule that needs to change IMO.

I couldn't see the tip, it was too close to overturn IMO.

The refs weren’t great but they were nothing like they used to be. Bama had a lot of stuff called on them that they normally wouldn’t have gotten.

for example. The roughing the passer call in the first quarter.

How does a player that lost possession of the ball and goes out of bounds become the determining factor by merely touching the ball?
Take away the 3 they got on that drive and there is no OT

The missed holding call on #54 against Perkins on the long TD pass was the worst call of the game. Blatant, and it affected the outcome quite a bit.

Refs were terrible, thankfully our team showed serious heart and didn’t let it rattle them

It just seems stupid that the out of bounds player doesn't need to possess the ball-- he just had to touch the ball while Books had both hands on it.

That rule doesn't make sense.

Bama was spotted 9 points last night on the made up rule and the hold on Perkins on the long TD.

Don’t be such a weenie.
If we’d gotten called for that non contact we would be ballistic.
