Determining origin of CV19 is critical.

To date, we've found no animal indigenous to China capable of transmitting CV19, much less any animal sold in Wuhan's Huanan Seafood Market. Further, the WIV/CCDC Labs just happen to be the world's most active coronavirus repositories. So it is obvious to anyone with a brain CV19 almost assuredly came from a Wuhan Lab. But "almost assuredly" is not quite 100% proof.

As long as the Chinese can claim CV19 was a naturally evolved virus, they can imply that someday we'd discover the animal CV19 originated in.

If however, CV19 is shown to be engineered, there obviously can be no question as to origin. Fauci, Baric, Daszak and their respective labs would be finally, and justifiably excoriated. Fauci and Daszak would be subject to criminal charges.

So this is important work. It is pre-release, awaiting review, and Fauci & Co will do everything in their power to squash it.

Abstract
To prevent future pandemics, it is important that we understand whether SARS-CoV-2 spilled over directly from animals to people, or indirectly in a laboratory accident. The genome of SARSCOV-2 contains a peculiar pattern of unique restriction endonuclease recognition sites allowing efficient dis- and re-assembly of the viral genome characteristic of synthetic viruses. Here, we report the likelihood of observing such a pattern in coronaviruses with no history of bioengineering. We find that SARS-CoV-2 is an anomaly, more likely a product of synthetic genome assembly than natural evolution. The restriction map of SARS-CoV-2 is consistent with many previously reported synthetic coronavirus genomes, meets all the criteria required for an efficient reverse genetic system, differs from closest relatives by a significantly higher rate of synonymous mutations in these synthetic-looking recognitions sites, and has a synthetic fingerprint unlikely to have evolved from its close relatives. We report a high likelihood that SARSCoV-2 may have originated as an infectious clone assembled in vitro.

Lay Summary
To construct synthetic variants of natural coronaviruses in the lab, researchers often use a method called in vitro genome assembly. This method utilizes special enzymes called restriction enzymes to generate DNA building blocks that then can be “stitched” together in the correct order of the viral genome. To make a virus in the lab, researchers usually engineer the viral genome to add and remove stitching sites, called restriction sites. The ways researchers modify these sites can serve as fingerprints of in vitro genome assembly. We found that SARS-CoV has the restriction site fingerprint that is typical for synthetic viruses. The synthetic fingerprint of SARS-CoV-2 is anomalous in wild coronaviruses, and common in lab-assembled viruses. The type of mutations (synonymous or silent mutations) that differentiate the restriction sites in SARS-CoV-2 are characteristic of engineering, and the concentration of these silent mutations in the restriction sites is extremely unlikely to have arisen by random evolution. Both the restriction site fingerprint and the pattern of mutations generating them are extremely unlikely in wild coronaviruses and nearly universal in synthetic viruses. Our findings strongly suggest a synthetic origin of SARS-CoV2.

Nah man this thing mutated in a bat and the bat ate part of a banana and dropped the other part in with pigs that infected them…. Then some chick from the US met the chef preparing the pig, got sick…

Would make a decent movie…

Designed in America, made in Wuhan?

Nothing would surprise me concerning this guy

I think most reasonable people would be willing to buy the lab origin story

The trillion dollar and counting question is was it an accidental release or an intentional one

So then the "Conspiracy Theorists" were right once again.

Where's our apology?

(George Soros has left the chat.)

We all know this already

This shouldn’t be some wild revelation

It’s obvious to anyone who’s been paying attention what happened

Most reasonable people can look at the result of the release and determine that.

And us reasonable people knew it from the start.

I can save them a couple more years of time. It was created by Fauci at UNC Chapel Hill. Then, once gain of function research was outlawed in the US, they smuggled it out of the US to Wuhan, China.

Pretty sure they even caught one of the dudes that was smuggling shite out.

No telling what this bioweapon does to us long term. We can’t stop it but our number one question should be to find out how this happened and how to prevent it in the future.

We aren’t asking these questions because we already know how it happened.

What I really want to know is what China knows. Why are they still locking their people up and taking a zero COVID policy that is going to destroy their economy and lead to unrest?

duh we all know this shite was man-made and intentional, only problem was it was not lethal enough to force 100% compliance.
