Californians hate Ohio because it represents middle America in every way.

They don’t mind the blood of Ohioans lubricating their war machine though.

are we sure it isn't "The Ohio" so as not to get confused with another state?

I spend a lot of time in Ohio for work. This trend is basically upset liberals on social media trying to meme because the state used to be a pivotal piece in elections and is now trending hard red.

Ignore the media. Went to Portland about a month ago and had a great time. Great eats, nightlife, and vibe.

FoxNews makes you believe you’ll get robbed, raped, shot, and anything else if you step foot in the city.

Sure as heck not going to retire here, but it's not a bad place to live and not get shot. Oh, and Joe Burrow was from down the road.

Without reading a single thing or seen anything about this, I’m gonna say a republican got elected into some sort of big office?

I've spent some time in Cincinnati. It's far from a destination city, but for someone trying to raise a family? It's perfect.

Big enough to have enough for a family to do while not being too big. Weather is cold but not too cold. Always felt safe when I was there. The city felt well-maintained.

It's not somewhere for a young singles person without a prior connection in the area to move, but it was a lot nicer than, say a New Orleans.

Really the only thing that’s differ is their unfortunate, hard on the ears, yankee accents

I always get a kick out of reading people on here who have no clue on what they’re talking about but act like they do.

exactly what “Yankee” accent do you get from folks from Ohio? The only word and phrase I’ve noticed a major difference in is “mom” and “you guys” instead of yall.

I can’t make it on my own
Cause my heart is in Ohio
So cut my wrist and black my eyes
So I can fall asleep tonight, or die

Have a buddy in the coast guard that had to move there. He says it’s a nice place and the girls are hot. Good enough for me

They say pop instead of soda. They definitely don't call every soft drink coke.

I drive hwy 22 through southern Ohio and it was absolutely beautiful and American. Seems like every 15 minutes was a small town with white church and about 30 houses all with American flags. A great educational drive. Also Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Awesome

It started a lot longer ago than the current political climate. There used to be a website named gobacktoohio.com and it was started by people in Bluffton/Hilton Head, SC because the area was being saturated (and ruined) by mainly Ohioans.
