Does anyone on here have a side hustle that they do to earn extra cash outside of their primary job?

Looking for other ideas to earn some extra income

I’m in sales so I just keep selling.

Years ago in my mid 20’s I mowed all my neighbors yards.

OT shifts are the most lucrative for me.

Depending on how much you're looking for, there's Amazon's Mechanical Turk. I make enough there to cover my Gamepass and World of Warcraft subscriptions. Keeps the wife off my back.

A lady my wife works with makes really good money but wanted some extra cash. She buys auctioned Amazon pallets, with random merchandise on them, and then sells them on Facebook Marketplace. She may pay $100-$200 for a pallet and make $1k or more off of it, depending on what items are on the pallets. It's items sold on Amazon but she charges way less obviously. I'm guessing she makes an extra $10k or more each year. All cash or Venmo.

Got a link on how to learn more about this or purchase? Is it something directly thru Amazon?

I do about $40k/year reselling, but nobody wants to put in that kind of work.

I had some kids stop me the other day (while I was mowing) and ask me if I would let them mow. Obviously no. I told them I'd buy them a bucket, a thing of soap, and some squeegees and they should knock on doors asking for $5/car to squeegee car windshields. 2 hours later I was the first customer.

Work for a friend in his business maybe once or twice a week at night, this winter when i can't bike as much thinking about driving uber as i'm right next to the airport. I make a very decent salary but shite i'd rather side hustle some extra cash and sit around and watch tv.

Do you like baseball? Do you understand the rules?

I made some money umpiring. They will tell you can pay your car note each month, its true.

In Louisiana, high school softball/baseball start late Feb. Little league, rec ball, all-stars, travel can take you til September. I'm sure California would be similar.

Flipping to me is the easiest. I do a bit of everything, but mostly vintage toys. The margins are great, next to no overhead. Sourcing can be problematic. I will cross $250K in sales this year. Net profit should be around $85K

One of the first things to ask yourself is what would happen if you applied the “side hustle” energy and time into your primary job?

Do you have the ability to be promoted if you performed/delivered results? What if you attended school/classes for additional training, certification, or degree?

What about a career/employer change?

I’m all in favor of side hustles, but always need to stop and self-examine first.

I used to ref soccer and on tournament weekends I'd make $1,500. On regular weekends I'd go and do games between 8am-12pm on Saturday and Sunday and make $600 before my wife was out of bed.
