You can clearly see the ball goes over the right upright which means the kick is good and Oklahoma State should have gotten raped by LSU in the National title game.

Meh. If 2011 happens, 2019 probably doesn't. Call it a draw.

If Les wins that championship, it likely alters the timeline on his departure from BR and means Burrow doesn't come to BR.

Give me 2019 for 2011 every single time. 2019 erased 2011/2012 for a lot of us. When we were losing to Troy with Ed O I honestly thought we may never win another National Title in my lifetime. 2011-2017 were very dark times.

The angle from the camera viewpoint can screw with your perspective. Only way to say for sure is if the camera was mounted on the upright at a perfectly level 90 degrees up viewpoint

What makes you think that the LSU team that showed up in the Superdome that day would have done anything

It is absolutely absurd we do not have this in today's day and age.

They’d probably be able to dominate OSU physically like they did every opponent but Bama.

Yea we would have been far to physical for Okie state.

We took everyone except bama to the woodshed physically that year.

I mean we couldn’t do shite on offense against bama and we still beat them 9-6 the first time. We stunk it up vs UGA but still mud holed them in the end.

Bama and LSU were so far above everyone else that year.

I’m pretty sure LSU never dipped below 8 wins in that entire period. It would have been nice to win a little more but I wouldn’t exactly call that dark times.

If it goes over the upright, its good.

The refs called this bullshite kick in the 1965 Divisional playoff good saying it went over the upright when it just waved to the upright as it sailed past it...gifting the Packers another NFL title like ESPN gifted Bama.

The rule says: “The entire ball must pass through the vertical plane of the goal, which is the area above the crossbar and between the uprights or, if above the uprights, between their outside edges.”

If any part of the ball is outside the the outer edge of the upright, then the kick is no good. Can you tell that from the video? I couldn’t.

Mike Archer and Curley Hallman dream of having Les Miles record during the time period ending in 2016. Curly would give his mistress for it

LSU winning the national championship in 2011 could have altered the course of history. Stunting Saban's dominance at Alabama at the knees since he only had one national championship at Alabama before 2011.

LSU beats Oklahoma State in 2011 and has 3 national championships in 9 seasons.

Chances are LSU beats Alabama in Tiger Stadium in 2012. Preventing another Alabama national championship and perhaps giving LSU another one a couple of months later.
