I had no clue until the ramp up in commercials targeting African Americans
I think that is their drink of choice based off of commercials I see

I avoid caffeine after about 2pm. Sprite is one of the options I consider if I'm going to have a softdrink late in the day. That and rootbeer are my usual 2 options.

seriously. i don't think i've had a sprite in 30 years that wasn't to avoid dehydration after not being able to keep anything else down after a stomach bug.
and at that point..sprite tastes like the nectar of the GODS to me.
