What’s your go-to all terrain tire?

I’ve had the BFG KO2’s for a while and love the look.. but the tread is not lasting as long as I thought it would. 30k miles in.
Plus they have gone way up at around $1,500 for a set of four, which I realize will be across the board.
What are some good alternatives?

Putting on a set of 35x12.50r20 Falken AT3W as we speak. I can let you know, but I know they ride legit and last from the 33s my dad has on his truck.

Just put them on my truck last week, rides incredibly smooth on highway considering the aggressive tread. Love them.

I’m on my second set of Toyo Open country RT’s on my 2017 F250. The ride nice and I’ve gotten 50k out of the 1st set and am at 35 on this one. I’ll buy another when the time comes.

I put 93k on my KO2s. Combination of highway and rough rock oilfield lease roads. Rotated every oil change.

IMO, Ridge Grapplers are the best all terrain tire. I love Ko2's but the ride is quieter and smoother in the RG's in my experience. Plus the Nittos arguably perform better in water on the interstate or mud. It is really all just personal preference. Also, from a looks perspective the RG's definitely take that prize imo. Had two sets and both wore well and lasted a long time.

On second set of Nitro Ridge Grapplers. First set went 55,000 miles. Second set cost 50% more and weren’t easy to find.

Goodyear wrangler AT's are what I always buy but definitely not the cheapest option.
I got good service out of a set of Kelly all terrains before.

I have had several good year wranglers that I got as much as 60k plus miles out of on. Have some ridge grapplers that are doing good, they are quiet but not enough miles to know if I like them yet.

Running Cooper ST Maxx's on my F-350. Got a set of Cooper AT3's right now with just over 90k on an almost 6000 lb Land Cruiser and they ain't quite done yet. Only 2 punctures with tons of miles on TX caliche ranch and oilfield lease roads with lots of debris. Pull and clean well, ride good and excellent in the rain also.

Went from BFG to Nitto. Very happy with em.

Cooper Discoverer AT3
Best on the market and it’s not close.
Long lasting, quiet, good offroad, look great.

American produced

Same. I find it weird that it's not more popular. Great tire with awesome performance.

I'll post pics of mine tomorrow. 52k miles and they still look new on my 2016 f150. Aluminum body and 2.7 so I'm light, but they've been stellar.
