Do they really want exposed what he turned up in due diligence?

you are talking out of your arse, elon didnt walk away, twitter voided the deal by refusing to provide the company data required to complete the deal, that is why elon walked out. twitter voided the deal, elon simply made it official by leaving the table because twitter was just wasting his time

They have no basis to sue, THEY didn’t provide full financial disclosure, if they are going to argue they’ve been forthright, it means opening up the entire dog and pony show for the world to see.
