Egg and rice with sausage

Do I have seasoning at home that I can use?
If so, red beans and rice, with sausage.
Eta
More thinly slice the sausage so it looks like you have a lot more in it.
Depending on how much I have after the beans, rice, and sausage I’d get celery, onion, and bell pepper.
Eta2
Smothered chicken thighs over rice.

Do I have to buy it from the store? Can I use anything I have at home?
Spices? Salt? Flour?
I’m finding meat on sale and doing a pastalaya
Need some chicken thighs, sausage, cream of mushroom and noodles, seasoning I have at home

Red beans, rice, cornbread.
Probably enough left for a dessert too.

LB of ground meat, taco seasoning, cheese, tortillas... Quesadillas. Still have enough for a tub of cheap ice cream for dessert.
