Is it normal for the DOJ to send out press releases like this?

Saying they disagree with SCOTUS's ruling and will ignore it. The DOJ is supposed to be a purely enforcement arm, and only job is to enforce the law. Not create their own subjective law. We are inching towards the precipice.

Democrats have been ignoring the courts and laws for many years now.

Because Dems can ignore the Supreme Law of the land and do what they feel is just. But only them.

They're going to face oversight hearings in the next Congres and Garland could be pressed on whether or not he will enforce the ruling if necessary.

They (DOJ) could face funding issues in future legislation if the Republicans mounted a major effort to find their collective spine.

There are many things that can be done. I suspect very little will be done, outside of a handful of folks like Rand Paul in the Senate, Jim Jordan in the House.

Obama accelerated selective enforcement or flat out ignoring laws from DOMA to immigration and border control.

The momentum of that trend has continued and has not met much friction.

Laws don't matter as much as they used to.

The Democrat’s don’t give a frick about the Constitution, Checks and Balances, or the USSC. They only acknowledge them when they stand to benefit. If you can’t see that the Democrats (with a huge assist from their RINO brethren) have declared a war of coercion and intimidation against the American people, then you are being willfully ignorant.

Well, this answers the other thread about Social Security running out by 2035. We won't be a country by 2035.

The ruling isn’t even that big of a deal. It basically just means states have to have objective criteria for licensing someone if they have that requirement. They were back door denying peoples rights by having criteria nobody could meet.

This is a letter of resignation.

IF not - then it is open rebellion against the Constitution. - fire or impeach/ imprison.

The Justice Department ain’t blind, it’s the enforcement arm of the DNC. That’s not conjecture, I judge them in what they do….

What's humorous is their disagreement with themselves.

In the interest of safety, law-abiding citizens with desire to carry handguns must prove a special NEED to do so for self-defense ... amid "the epidemic of gun violence plaguing our communities" wrought by criminals who carry guns at will.

We also disagree with the courts decision about “no standing” for election fraud regarding the TX law suite.

Obama showed them all the way . What made this country great and work for so long was everyone respected all the institutions put into place . Now it means nothing they do what they want because they know NO ONE will stand up to them.

That's going to look good in the impeachment. About to learn the difference between a bureaucrat and an elected official in a constitutional republic.
