I was being sarcastic.

Who's doing the bombing? That might be a tough one.

Good point here. Most people do not know this.
Would it be a move to Moldova, Poland, maybe fully shutting off the Black Sea? Maybe further into Western Europe?
Should we cut off the help to not make things worse then?
I am just listening and hearing peoples views. That is why we should enjoy this board and it a op to hear everyone.

The US’s National security interest are as follows:
- security of nation (vital)
- economic prosperity (can be vital)
- protection of our citizens and allies abroad (can be vital)
- and advancing democracy (not vital)

Ukraine is a valued partner, but not an ally, thus this conflict fits in fourth category. The US will help, as we are, but not get militarily involved.

I guess the question is then what is the next move? There is going to be so much crap from this for years. The area will be totally unstable for decades. Huge economies will have to be rebuilt.

Providing funding, basic life assistance (food, water, medicines, etc), and military equipment is not the same as being militarily involved…which we are not. Doesn’t make us look weak, rather we are staying clear of any circumstance that would invoke article 5. Russia has proven poor at best at operational logistics, C2 of theater fires, and a rather undisciplined force.

Well friend, how many millions do you want to see killed over Ukraine?

Just answer that simple question.

3 million? 10 million? 100 million?

Because that's what your suggestion will get us.

How about we show some leadership and try to de escalate the situation.

Find out what it will take to stop the killing.

Any outcome will be better than the one you suggest.

I talk to a lot of people.....NO ONE wants to fight WWIII over Ukraine.

No one outside of DC that is.

But answer my question, how many millions of bodies would you like to see?

It has been said by reliable sources just the last few days that the Ukraine army is killing Ukranians

I’ll say this, with all the people who “stand with Ukraine,” from Biden to Soros, Pelosi, Romney, to all of Hollywood, I’ll be damned if I’m just going to accept the narrative they’re pushing. Ukraine has been a corrupt money laundering operation for the DC elite for over a decade. Sorry for the civilians, but our sins are buried there and if all of the biolabs and honeypots get destroyed, good.

Why? The Russians have royally f'ed this up all of their own volition. Keep arming the Ukrainians. They're kicking Russian arse without our help.

So come up with your own narrative that could involve direct involvement by the U.S. using factors and points and counterpoints of your own, to analyze and assess this matter. Just because one group or another has a position on something should mean nothing. Set that completely aside and do your own cost/benefit analysis.
