This leak is absurd. Never happened before in history. There needs to be congressional hearings. And a disbarment. And likely also an impeachment.
Who did this and why was it that worthless box of rocks Sotomayor?

Dems will show uproar in public but will be celebrating like hell in private, as this just gave them hella more seats November.
Also Biden may appoint a half dozen justices before he gets out.

Abortion is the silliest hill to die on, not because it is not important to so many people but because it is SO important to so many people and it is pretty much evenly divided. The truth is that no man, no government, no king or queen, no supreme court, absolutely no earthly being will ever be able to settle the issue. To make it worse no government ever in the history of governments has ever been able to prohibit anything, EVER.

Beyond the huge deal that overturning Roe is, it’s also a massive shock that there has been a leaked opinion from the Supreme Court. That’s something that never happens. The Justices, despite their differences, tend to have good working relationships. That may change depending on who is responsible for the leak.

If Democrats are willing to vote for Democrats still with the economy tanking, inflation and interest rates spiraling upward, an open border, a creation of a Ministry of Truth, a huge push for accepted pedophilia, an overturned Roe v. Wade decision by the SCOTUS will have limited impact.

Imagine a law that prohibits men from masturbating...

Personally I think abortion is morally wrong but I’m not totally against it because it was a form of population control. Now now single parent populations, welfare recipients and Democratic voters will balloon. Not to mention Dems will riot and campaign hard in what should have been a midterm layup for Republicans. I fear the conservatives are cutting off their nose to spite their face here.

We need less government until it comes to doing something we agree with.
Look, if someone came to me for advice over whether tp get an abortion or not, personally I would never advice someone to get one.
With that said, twenty years after abortion became legal crime started to go down. I think everyone needs to be a little bit more realistic and realize there is a cost of having unwanted kids.
With that said, I do think it should be done before a certain stage of pregnancy.
Also, how much does religious views play in this decision? There is the separation of state and religion and it should be an individual's decision to make.
I blame Biden for this.

No exception for rape or incest in the Mississippi law it upholds. Yikes.

Haven’t seen Democrats this upset since we freed the slaves.

Justice Alito writes in an initial majority draft circulated inside the court.
If Alito is writing the majority opinion, it means that Roberts voted against it -- which should surprise no one, being that he's oriented more around being accepted in the DC culture than on leading principled discernment of constitutional values.

Doesn’t JBE claim to be pro-life?
It’ll be interesting to see if he supports that with any comments in response to this if the leak is true
