Praise God if so

If a clerk leaked it, they must be fired (media will make them a hero)

If a lefty justice leaked it, they must be impeached

It’s coming and not good news for the GOP.

This is huge for Democrats. I see them making a big push in midterms now

Regardless of how you feel personally, middle ground people will oppose this

Gonna setup my taco truck in back alleys. All those folks in the lobby of back alley clinics might get hungry.

Yep. We've allowed this huge centralized federal government to assume way more power than what was intended.

They're welcome to move to states that engage in barbaric practices in 2022, I guess

Yep. I’m fine with people being pro life and understand their position, but it’s wildly unpopular with todays young people and it will only continue to be more unpopular. If conservatives want any chance at being in power, it’s a topic we should avoid like the plague.

Regardless of how you feel on the issue, there’s absolutely no question it’s unpopular and will ruin conservatives to take a stance on.

Edit - I agree it’s a states issue.

Arguably...and I do mean arguably...the Ninth Amendment is a big arse swinging door for SCOTUS to rule a lot of things to be fundamental rights.

Edit: That being said, even Ginsberg...at least at one point....said she thought Roe was decided too broadly and that, at most, first trimester should be legalized at the national level.

It doesn’t matter what informed voters think. Middle ground voters vote on hot topic issues, and this will not be good for the GOP

I fully believe this should be a state issue, but it doesn’t matter what I think

I agree. This is probably the biggest issue that will rally the democrat voters to get to the polls in November. Even if inflation, economy, foreign policy, illegal immigration, and whatever else is a disaster
