I'm always amazed at what people put into their bodies. I can't imagine ingesting a chemical made in some dude's basement. Mushrooms, Pot? Sure.

This day and age, I agree. The worst thing we had to worry about when doing blow in the 90’s was the baby laxative it was cut with and shitting our brains out. And that was done to get more money out of a supply of cocaine. No idea what the gain is by cutting it with fent.

It does seem stupid considering they are killing off their return customers. Yeah I just don’t understand the want/need to do drugs. I tried pot once when in college. It was interesting, but never bothered to do it again. I think people just assume they can solve all their problems or care about them less by taking their “ medicine”.

It’s counterfeit Xanax Hydros Oxy. People think they are buying pharmaceuticals and they aren’t. Thank the USA for that since they cracked down on prescribing habits of Doctors. You didn’t see these deaths prior to 2008 we were only seeing 25-28k in opioid related deaths. Now we are over 120k

As someone who has done almost every illicit drug under the sun, this isn’t the case for everyone. It mostly starts out of curiosity, people find ones they like, and do them to have fun/party.
For some, certain drugs are a spiritual thing. Acid and mushrooms especially, but even pot and some other things most people have never heard of like salvia. Salvia and peyote have been used by Native Americans for centuries as a spiritual thing.
That said, never try salvia. It’s still legal in a lot of states, and it is not a fun experience. YouTube it and see what it does to people.

This old woman had no reason to lie to me, and, yes, i’m implying it is murder. Even kids from West Point had it happen over spring break. I can see kids from there smoking weed intentionally, but hard-core druggies just wouldn’t be let in or be able to cut it there. Someone is serving up fentanyl to kids who are trying, right or wrong, to smoke regular old-fashioned pot. Even if you wouldn’t hang out with such filth, you have to admit there’s a difference between trying pot and being a hard-core heroin addict.

May sound a little harsh, but if someone is stupid enough to do street drugs like heroin or meth and dies because big frickin surprise they were cut with fentanyl or battery acid or whatever, I DGAF.

There’s a whole array of casual party drugs and pain killers that are shy of heroin abuse. The type that young folks would do on vacation even if not terribly wild in their everyday.

this isn't a thing that's happening, and if it is, like i said, it's highly likely that it's someone doing it with the intent to kill someone specific on purpose, so stop trying to make it sound like this is a normal thing happening.
Drug dealers lace/cut drugs in order to maximize profits. It makes zero financial sense to lace weed with fentanyl. Not trying to make drug dealers seem like savvy businessmen, but they aren't that stupid.

yes there is, which is my whole point. as someone else just said, i'm sorry but i don't really care about people dying b/c they overdosed on fentanyl when they were doing coke or heroin or Oxy. You're a much different person than the one smoking weed and drinking beer.
