Agreed. I hated it less on the second viewing just because I knew what to expect, but the first time through I loathed it. The tension in that season is really starting to build towards the climax by the end of episode 6, and suddenly there is an entire episode that basically has nothing to do (at least directly) with the main plot.

"Jeremiah Crichton" during the first season of Farscape, episode 14. It was not good. And by not good I mean widely regarded as one of the worst, if not THE worst, episodes of the show.
Farscape, bless it, swung for the fences on every show. Which meant there were some complete whiffs during its run. Along with a ton of great episodes mind you. So this being at the bottom of the pile says something.

on a binge, the Fly episode is good...waiting a whole week and getting that as the episode sucked.
That's fair. I only caught the last season live so that probably does color my judgement here.
Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas, season 2 episode 11, is one of my least liked episodes of Community. I skip it every time I do a re-watch.

I didn't like the episode in 2nd season of Ted Lasso where we follow Coach Beard on his "wild" night. This may be colored by the fact that I don't really like the character.

An episode of walking dead where the whole episode is Carol hunting for ingredients to make a soup.

Wow, we got to Page 2 and no mention of the entire last season of GoT?
Probably the worst was the finale, the Starks should have told Greyworm to frick off and install Jon as king anyway.

Sons of Anarchy was good for the first two seasons, until the finale of season two. It ended poorly.

The show went down from there. I quit watching a couple of episodes into Season 3. Was still mad about the last episode of Season 2.

The Very Special Episode of “Arrow” about gun control, complete with the warning before the opening. I quit watching the show for a while after that. It was so out of place and jarring, not to mention the absurdity of a main character who had literally killed over a hundred people suddenly going on about “omg, guns are bad.”

The worst episode of the office was the potential spinoff episode where Dwight inherited the farm.
i always thought that was really strange episode. was it really in talks for that being a spin off?

Murder is okay so long as it is with an arrow.
He's not anti-gun because they can kill people; he's anti-gun because they're loud.

it that the episode where Elle goes to chicago or indianapolis and meets the other kids like her?
if so, yeah that one was awful.
nikki and paulo is an easy answer but on repeated viewing, i liked it.

Really not a good episode, but it did have a purpose. It showed that no matter what it was or how insignificant, Jesse was always trying to get Walt's approval and never could. Remember how excited he was when he killed the fly and how disappointed he was when he saw Walt was asleep.
I agree but did we need an entire episode to show Walt was obsessive and Jesse was trying to please him as a replacement father figure? That had been established already in an incremental manner in all of the previous episodes.
I would go with the Better Call Saul episodes that focused on the law firm bullshite. That was so boring and tedious. When Mike, Gus, and/or the Cartel were involved it was great. Just Saul and law firm stuff unbearable. I also wasn't fond of Slippin' Jimmy flashbacks; Mike flashbacks great though even though he got older the farther back in time you went. I did love Howard though. He was a great character and much more interesting than Chuck.

That episode of Star Trek: TNG where Dr. Crusher bangs a ghost.
Any of the Star Trek: TNG Holodeck episodes.
Also,
"Shaka, when the walls fell."
It was basically Picard saying "but what does it mean" over and over again.

That is a very fair take.
