The Americans apologizes that it never had a terrible (or even a bad) episode.

The episode of Lost which explained that one time Jack got tattoos in Thailand. That was it. That was the entire point of the episode.

Lost has about 30 episodes that could be argued as it's worst, but yea, that one is pretty bad

The Miley Cyrus episode of Black Mirror was pretty bad.

I want to downvote this because it's just wrong but

frick Rian Johnson, frick the Last Jedi, and frick the stupid way he spells Ryan.

this is one of the most correct things anyone has ever said.

The finale of HIMYM. It’s so bad it almost ruins the entire series for me.

There are a few decent moments but pretty much the entire last season was pretty awful, the last episode is the worse offender though. I still want to punch Lily in the face for all the shite she did to Marshall and ruining his dreams for her stupidity.

the last two seasons of GOT stop it from being a great show

It just means it was rushed and ended poorly, nothing more. The first 6 seasons are still on the short list for best run of any show of all time. Both of these things can be true, and they are I would say. The earlier great episodes remain great and rewatchable.

First two episodes of Black Sails. It’s a top 5 show of all time for me but legit took me 4-5 different tries over the course of two years to get past the first two episodes for whatever reason

Oh good. Because i've only watched the first 2 or 3 episodes of Black Sails and pretty much gave up on it. Mainly because of the typical series trope of "good guys almost reach goal, but get fowled up in a very predictable manner by the bad guy who is always smarter than everyone else."

I’d argue that “ Home” may be one of the best episodes…

Couldn’t disagree more lol.

It was absolutely disturbing.

Dont you dare stop watching that show. One of the best shows of all time that only gets better and better. The character development is top notch. Jack Rackham is one of my all time favorite TV characters.

Yes. If you want to watch a show and with every main story line thinking "o wow, this means absolutely nothing in the end."

I remember when I binge watched Lost I skipped this episode. I guess my instincts were right.

I’m a huge Seinfeld fan, but The Betrayal is a tough one to get through with the backwards progression. I love that there’s no “a very special episode” of Seinfeld where they tackle a tough issue or learn a valuable lesson, and that’s the only episode that feels a bit like a shtick where they were doing “a thing.”

It’s the only one I avoid when I’m doing a Seinfeld rewatch.

The quintessential bottle episode

I always heard they spent so much of the show’s budget building the lab, they had to shoot “The Fly” as a “character development” episode.

The scene of Jesse inflating the hazmat suit and bouncing around makes it all worth it.

MASH: The episode where they all have nightmares. Season 8. So over the top

If “Ozymandias” from BB is the single greatest episode of television from any series ever, this is easily the worst. I can’t even watch it in reruns.

Alan Alda got to where he had far too much creative control over the series from about Season 5 or so on.

I didn't like the episode in 2nd season of Ted Lasso where we follow Coach Beard on his "wild" night. This may be colored by the fact that I don't really like the character.

I scrolled through the whole thread looking for this answer. The gf was actually so pissed off at that episode she considered not finishing the season. It really was awful.
