… We had a good run y’all. We’re clearly living in a South Park or It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia episode. This is beyond parody. We have to be in a simulation at this point.
She thanks her dietician for saving her. Her dietician is so bad at her/his job that he/she deserves to be shot for it. My God, this guy was making a joke and they thought it was an instruction guide:

Honestly the writers of It’s Always Sunny have to read this and start off the next season with Sweet Dee in a fat suit going onto a talk show and calling it “Sweet Dee Beats Anorexia.”
