Food accessory/topping you overuse

So I went through one of those industrial sized, pickled jalapeño jars in less than 2 months. The ones that you see at a ballgame that they tong on top of nachos. I use to buy the normal size jars, but seemed to go through them too quickly.
It almost doesnt matter what is for dinner, I seem to be able to find something on the plate that can use a topping of them within the bounds of reason obviously. Sandwich, salad, lasagna, tacos, jambalaya, hamburger steak, rice/gravy, you name it. II wont put them on everything like a hooligan, but Ive noticed that I might be addicted.
Anybody else have this issue with a certain food item/topping, aka a certain hot sauce, or something of the sort?

We use a ton of those as well, in addition to fresh jalapenos. I love them in breakfast tacos/burritos, beans, sandwiches, and so much more.
We use a lot of the Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce as well.

Onions. Raw, sautéed, grilled, caramelized. Raw in salads and sandwiches, cooked in and or on everything else.
And nuts. Pine nuts, pecans, walnuts, peanuts. Maybe I don’t overuse them, but just love to add them to things.

All types and brands of hot sauce on damn near everything. I’ll even keep a bottle in my boot if I’m going to a restaurant that I know doesn’t have a proper hot sauce
Sour cream is another one but I don’t keep a dollop of Daisy in my boot

Sambal oelek. I sometimes just open the jar to get a whiff of it...garlicky, spicy...even the color is beautiful. It looks angry.

My life goal is to make egg yolk into shelf stable a condiment. I'd put it into a squirt bottle if I could.

Wife complains I use too much salt, mind you, not in the dishes I cook, but in my own plate of food----and in truth, she's right, but I love it.
I also use a hell of a lot of my homemade habanero hot sauce in a lot of things I eat, but that too is in my plate or bowl and not in the pot of food I cook. My palate and gut are geared for extreme hot sauces, hers can't take Crystal.

I've been through two of the Costco size cans of Everything Bagel seasoning since discovering it about four months ago.

I put a little bit of aged miso and fish sauce in just about everything savory as an umami booster.
