I’m not watching because I have no desire having this burned into my memory but what are the cliffs of the interaction? Why is it so brutal besides a dude getting shot?

Guy in the white truck is lucky he didn't catch that first bullet. The shooter threw the gun up and fired without even aiming. If he misses it goes right through the truck's window.

He definitely needs to take a gun safety course.

Guy pulls a gun and shoots the other guy in the head from a couple feet away. The guy falls on the ground and is moving around. Shooter stands over him and pumps a few more in him for good measure, while the guy is flopping around on the ground the whole time.

I've seen a ton of these videos and I don't know why this one is different but seeing that shooter hit him once in the head, then just casually walk up to him and hearing him unload on that guy while he's still moving was rough. And that video also makes you realize there is no fixing people like that. He knew exactly what he was doing, he knows he's going to prison, he has no illusions of beating the case, and he doesn't give a shite

So for $20k a murderer with video evidence of the homicide being committed can easily bond out? Wow

This should be death penalty, and it shouldn’t take longer than a week or two. We know BEYOND ALL DOUBT who did it. Our justice system is a joke.

Let us know, in fact, post some caring comments from our Administration over crimes like these.
Post some of their anger.
Post some of their solutions.

You'll be hard pressed to find any genuine comments

Honestly I could see an argument for self-defense on the first shot. Shirtless dude was coming forward aggressively.

Rest of them tho......

Can't believe the admins Lowes this kind of video to be posted here. I am writing them a strongly worded email right now.

he barely even took a step forward. i hate that is what is considered self defense these days.

it's disgusting how easily someone can end another's life.

this is also the other point i don't get about self defense. what if he was trying to protect his own life by coming forward against a guy with a guy? the guy had clear intent to kill no matter what, so why shouldn't the person going at the guy with a gun also be considered self defense as well?

i think it's best not to shoot and get out of the situation if possible. i still miss the good old days where two men could just throw hands and not end up killing someone. or just no violence at all works too.
