The article is hilarious.
Some guy feels sorry for himself for supposedly being too poor to buy his kids Christmas presents. But why is this middle-aged man with 3 kids to support in grad school?
But he gets free tuition and a university job in diversity affairs (in other words a fake job where LSU just hands him money for producing nothing of value).
If I quit working to be a middle-aged student, I couldn't buy my kids shite, either. I'd also have to pay tuition and wouldn't get a minority set-aside job.

After being the driving force behind the Tate hire, Temple thought he held the power. He found out during the coaching search he doesn’t have anywhere close to the power he thinks he does, so he’s lashing out. His goal is to continue to create a racial divide in a majority black city because he knows that’s the only way he can gain any sort of real authority.

How come this article wasn’t done about Mel Tucker and his contract and the disparity between it and the citizens of East Lansing, Mich.?
Said it the other day, but the people who talk about having honest conversations about race in this country don’t really want those conversations. If we had them, we’d point out why people like Collis Temple have a clear agenda in mind and we’d talk about racists in both sides of the aisle. He should be removed from the LSU Board of Supervisors but that’s not happening with the current governor in office.

Maybe Mr. Temple got a call from the writer. Maybe he was not going to hold back his thoughts. Maybe the President, whom you passively state that he should keep people in check about such things, had nothing to do with the article.
Trying to articulate something exist to those that don't want to acknowledge it is pointless and why many people of color don't even waste time anymore trying to do so, because they realize others will simply flag them as race baiters in lieu of someone sharing a real issue.
First define "racism" for the class. Then provide a few specific examples since you are so certain. At that point, perhaps, I'll offer some alternative explanations as to why you are maybe confusing racism with something else.

You’re delusional, what you’re saying contradicts reality. Calling something that’s 90% of the messaging in all media and social media “taboo” disqualifies everything else you say.

I wanted them to hire a black coach. Then u are stuck with that coach. So in 2 years he don’t win u can’t fire him!! It’s LSU fault they have went woke and the chickens have come home to roost!!

Not only that, have any of you watched TV lately? Every commercial and show is majority black. By a WIDE margin. Hell, some are entirely black.
