My elderly mom has the COVIDs - what's the best way to get monoclonal antibodies?

From the sounds of it, a lot of doctors won't give it to outpatients, but I know some people are getting it before they are hospitalized which seems like the way to go.
My mom isn't showing any symptoms yet but in the event that she does I want to get her the monoclonal antibodies as soon as possible.
Any tips?
Edit: Based on the tips I've received thus far, It is likely that I misunderstood what the doctor told me about them waiting until hospitalization before going with MABs. Very strange way for him to word it, if so.

I was wondering that myself. I hear they work great if used early but nobody says where to get them.

How many does she have? I need the answer before I can answer your question.

Prayers for your mom.
We got ours by going to a small clinic run by a Nurse Practitioner. I felt better about 2 hours after the infusion.

If she tested positive, I would think all she would need is a doctor's referral.
Locally here in Alabama we even have special clinics where you can get tested and get the treatment all in one sitting.
However, if she has the Omicron variant does not seem like the antibody treatment will work on it.

A official Covid result (PCR), and a Doctors Order is all you need.

I got mine in Amite literally in a temporary tent setup
It was all legit and super easy. The entire process took about an hour and a half.
1301 N.W. Central Ave., Amite was the address

I was told I could get antibodies if I tested positive. I drove to the testing site, was positive and the gatekeeper to the antibodies said I didn't qualify or some shite. By the time I got "approved" I was over it and had my own antibodies...

Seriously, make a few phone calls. I don’t know where you are, but local to me there was a big temporary clinic set up on Highway 51 that was giving infusions.

My Mom is sick right now, too. On Tuesday she got the quick test for Covid and Flu. Both were negative, and they sent out the Covid test to the lab for verification of the negative.
We haven't heard anything back (they said 15 hours or so for results). Maybe they don't notify for a negative.
When she first went into the exam room, they gave her a paper with info about the infusion and where to get it. Call whoever you went to for the test.
All that said, whatever my Mom has has kicked her butt. She's on day 5 now, and the coughing seems to have eased some. She says she's been aching all over and has run a slight fever at times. They gave her cough meds, antibiotics, and an inhaler.
I believe she got a false negative on the flu test, and she has the flu. That's assuming, of course, that the lab Covid test was negative. She needs to call in a bit and see if they have the results.

Call an urgent care clinic before going and ask if they can refer for antibodies before going so you don’t waste time or money
Also this is a great thread to recommend listening to Joe Rogans podcast with Dr McCullough. They go very in depth about treatment options to prevent hospitalization and how to find those.
