Easy answer, raise the frickin standards and stop accepting every person that applies. Make college what it used to be, a center for higher learning. And make trade schools what many kids are funneled into.
That would cut off all that sweet federal loan money though, they have no desire to cut tuition.

When they get paid on a per head basis either by lotto money, grants or loans for morons to take meaningless degrees what’s their incentive to restrict admissions? It’s like printing money.
If you cut govt tuition programs and made the schools financially responsible for student loans they would have to attract people that pay based on the value of the degree. Tuition would be cut in half due to lack of demand and these bullshite degrees would disappear.

I'm going out on a limb here, but I bet they have an entire diversity department that costs millions of dollars a year to run. They need more tuition bucks.
