What is stored in the two boob-shaped domes at the Port of Baton Rouge?

They are just north of the I-10 bridge next to the rail yard. I don't think it's oil or gas, but they don't look like typical grain elevators.

Probably fertilizer domes. They even have the tunnel entrance coming out of the front of that fertilizer domes typically have. (look at the picture and you will see what looks like a long white tube extending from the front of the domes)
