It's a fantastic idea. Trump should revisit it. Then a bunch of MAGAs can move there in sufficient numbers to turn it from a territory to a state.

That's why the parking lots could be replaced with two small parking garages on either end of it with the required number of spots. Why does the University of Lafayette have anything to do with this in the first place? There was nothing in the original announcements about it that they would be involved.
