The goal is to be at a program where you can be in the playoffs every year, not once a decade. Ole Miss is at it's highest point, and they haven't yet made one, and this year isn't locked up. LSU is considered down because they haven't been in 6 years (and that includes a 4 team format).
I see you have a Bama logo by your name... look at Deboer. He had Washington in the final game, he left for Bama. He did so because he thought he'd have a better chance of getting back with Bama than with UW.
This is what's in play for Kiffin with both UF and LSU; both have higher ceilings than Ole Miss. I think LSU tops Florida's.
