"Being the best version of yourself" is just Campbell's variation on Saban's "process." They are the same philosophy: focus on daily execution and improvement without regard to outcome ultimately produces excellence.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Saban has said or or ever will say anything remotely resembling not caring or it being his goal to win championships
