Is his reputation still tarnished?

He did a good job @ Washington before drinking away his job @ USC...

He’s not the fit MSU is looking for. We just ran off a yankee from Pittsburgh and you think a Cali West Coast guy will be the right fit and disciplinarian we are looking for?

This job is Billy Napier’s to lose.

Sark and Kiffin both in Mississippi. The storylines will write themselves.

I think Sark will get another big west coast job or possibly a Big 12 job.

Sark isn't going to go to State when he has another year of Tua to bolster his resume.

He was very very meh at Washington so it might take him going down to a lower level G5 team the same as Kiffin in order to repair his reputation

Who the hell wants to live in Starkville, MS?

It’s going to take a MS State guy to right that ship. For the life of me, I have no idea who that guy is.

For what, exactly? For the UAB job to open up? MSU is better than anything he can expect in the near future.

I know, right? Starkville doesn’t have nearly the murder and HIV rates of Baton Rouge. What a dump!!!

The SEC would be made up almost primarily of Nick Saban and/or Pete Carroll assistants.

Alcoholism is such a common problem and Sark, as far as I know, has been sober for years now. Sark's reputation is fine.

Alcoholism is a disease you can never be cured of and there is no pressure cooker like big time P5 football. He may never slip up again, but considering the money on the line, this will ALWAYS be a knock on him.
