Who do you keep on staff?

I don’t think you rid yourself of every coach on staff, given some deserve an interview.
I say keep Moffitt, Raymond, Carter, and Davis.
However, whoever the new coach is let them have free range with the staff.

Raymond is the only one that I want to stay. I'd hate to lose him especially to another team in the West.

Raymond. The rest need to get the frick out.

Raymond and maybe brad davis depending on the new head coach.
Faulk hit on his 2 running backs this year so I'd give him another year.

I agree with 3 of those 4. I’d keep Raymond, Davis, and Carter. I think it’s time for Moffitt to go.

Whoever the new coach wants. No one should be protected.

Does Thomas even have a job after this year? I thought he was kinda brought on to manage the roster and O to a degree.

Thomas was brought in bc SW wanted him back, he'll stay. Raymond and Faulk probably staying. Could see Joseph and Davis as well.

I give Faulk a look and potentially another role if not a coach.

Depends on the new coach. Every coach is going to have certain guys he wants to bring. If one of those is a DB coach, some hard decisions will need to be made.

I love some of those assistants. But at this point you basically need a clean sweep. Complete new culture, etc. No one with preconceived notions of players or culture. Build it in the image they want.

Faulk is overrated. He seems like a lazy recruiter.

1. Raymond (Duh)
2. Joseph (One of our top recruiters and a good WR coach)
3. Carter (Has done a nice job with DLine and players really like him)
4. Faulk (Done well in recruiting and well it’s Kevin Faulk)

Let the new coach chose his own staff. Don’t keep anyone if they don’t mesh. I say clean house.

A lazy recruiter? He got Goodwin and Kiner 2 out of state backs that were sought after by a lot of people and has already landed Citizen and seems to be in the driver seat for Moss.
