I could see that as a fit. The admin there is in full desperation mode. As an FSU fan, I’d would boycott the program.

worst highly regarded “coach” ever. This genius evaluated JT barrett and Dwayne Haskins to be better than Joe Burrow.

How could one watch those 3 players and not know Burrow was better?

He is done. He has shown who he really is and he is toxic. No major program will touch him.

He's only done if he wants to be done.

If he wants a college job, he'll get one.

The Bishop Sycamore response to that tweet is hilarious.

I think he was doomed after he hired the strength and conditioning coach who many consider to be racist. Now Meyer is guilty by association and there’s really no way he will be able to effectively distance himself from it to make him a viable candidate for any big time job.

Once he entered the ring in the NFL, Many observers and media types expected this all to crash in on Meyer who is widely considered to be a top tier a-hole. Professional athletes would never put up with it. And they didn’t

In their defense, they want the myth of Urban Myer, not the actual person. He was a good coach, but now he is like Ed O, all ego and no desire to work.

We've known that since the stuff about Harvin and especially Aaron Hernandez came out.

I'm thinking he takes a year off, and by mid-season next year, he starts throwing his name in the hat for different college openings.

I know it's way early, but any predictions on who fires their coach after next season?

I get he was the HC there and they won a natty but it sure seems like he's come off the rails, at least from a HC standpoint.
Because some people are simply not equipped to deal with success like that. There are examples all over the place. The one example that hits home to all of us was Coach O. shite goes straight to their heads and they're off to the races before they can even blink.

A guy who won multiple national championships is highly unlikely to come back as a coordinator. Why would he?

He could sit out for a year or two and then come back to coach a USC, Oregon, FSU, etc

He will be a major college head coach for 2023 season if he wants to be one and if his "heart" is ok lol

Successful college head coaches can do whatever he want. We all know O would still be here if he won the SEC West the last two seasons.

Absolutely he will be back after he takes some time off and this dies down. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a school like Auburn go after him if Harsin bails or doesn’t start winning.

He needs to go to Saban's rehab clinic for two years to rebuild his reputation.
