I believe you said in your last thread that your source told you that most of the candidates are in playoff contention. Since neither Franklin nor Napier are really in playoff contention, we'll pretend the top 2 choices are.
No coach making a run at the playoffs is going to announce that he is leaving for another job during the playoff run. It won't happen.

I don't think they have a choice. If a coach at another school were to accept a new job mid-season, the other school is likely to relieve that coach of his duties, and not pay out what's left on the year, nor bonuses, which can be huge.
