he very clearly explains why want something that is showing you his disloyalty. It’s a very logical question and fair to ponder.

LK’s doing what he thinks is best for him

Without knowing the entire picture, it’s all conjecture

Which as a head coach your main priority is your team. You are captain of the ship. I don’t think lane wants to leave ole miss before end of playoffs and I think it’s a huge issue right now

The fact that there is a noticeable amount of people against the hire (not saying a majority or anything) is pretty telling. Lane’s legacy he cares so much about and wants to rebuild is going to be totally shattered if he leaves and it causes Ole Miss a playoff spot

Yeah it’s a really stupid line people keep pushing. NC winning coaches are rarely available. So quit using this line as if it has any meaning, idiots

Also with Kiffin, you have to factor in him coming in and extending the bama dynasty at a time when people began questioning if the game had passed Saban by fresh off OSU boat racing them.

The man can coach an offense and has now proven he can program build.

He’s not a lock to win a title here but I’d be shocked if we’re not in the mix yearly with him and an aligned administration.

Exactly, he doesn’t but he also understands the job may not be there also.

The narrative will make him the villain but “oh well”

Didn’t Lane do the same?

I don’t see where Lane is being a hypocrite though. I could have missed it

What if Ole Miss was 3-7? Would Ole Miss keep Kiffin because of loyalty? This is a business. Remember the words of Bum Phillips, "there are two kinds of coaches, those who have been fired and those that will be fired."

I guess TM7 speaks some wisdom considering his selfishness got him kicked off the team and likely cost the 2012 team a title.

TM7 is the poster boy for accepting punishment, recognizing you're throwing your life away, and turning it all around.

He gets a pass for past transgressions.

Maybe not but that doesn’t mean it’s not fair to question a disloyalty being shown.

People will always want more for themselves. Kiffin thinks he can win a Championship at LSU. Thats why he's coming. LSU provides a fertile recruiting ground, they are the only major University in the state, the NIL package is growing, and the fans are ready for anothe Championship run!
