How about Tom Herman? He recruited well in Texas for several years at two schools, and that’s half the battle at Tech.

I think it's an example of it being a shitty job. Kliff Kingsbury failed there and he's killing it in the NFL.

Spike Dykes had some success there. Sonny is an alumnus and worked there under Leach.

spike's record shows you what success at ttu looks like lots of .500ish seasons with a few 9-3 years. which makes what leach did more impressive
