So who’s the best available DC on the market?

Unless we woo another top DC from another school with top dollars, (which after the Pelini financial disaster wouldnt make sense). Who is available on the market that would be a good fit?

Lesley is interesting; he has served as a defensive coordinator two times before taking over at WVU. He has enjoyed success. Would this mean success at LSU. Only one way to find out.

DJ Durkin. He even has HC experience. LSU would be crazy not to take him.

Dan Quinn wouldn’t be a bad call. Ties to Pete and O. Coordinated some nasty defenses....head coaching not so much.

I’ve been impressed with the job that Jon Heacock has done at Iowa State. Their defensive rankings have been decent considering the league that they play in.

All collegiate DCs have retired there is no longer any defenses in the NC2A
