So one of the reasons we fired coach O is because he lost the locker room. Do we really think an old man who is kind of a dick that has a penchant for screaming at the players is going to get them back? Kelly feels like a cross between Miles and Petrino. This is not going to go well.

Players look at their coaches as a father figure not their buddy. Logic just flies right out the window with you people when it comes to football

Anybody else really embarrassed by their initial reaction? I've come back to say how embarrassed I am of mine. It was an emotional response based on no real knowledge. Simply asinine in every way imaginable. The deeper I dive the more excited I get by this hire. Dang near a perfect fit for what we need at LSU right now.

Am I fricking dumb? In a couple of years when Kelly brings us another National Championship in the back of my mind I am going to remember the fact that my initial reaction was to compare him to Les freaking Miles. Yes, I'd say fricking dumb in an understatement.
