shite if they hire Canada the chance of LSU beating Alabama any time soon goes from not gonna happen to never gonna happen.

Canada seems like the last person Saban would want to hire. Canada would want to put in his own system & Saban wouldn't be having that. He changed his philosophy to a one back power spread out of necessity. I wouldn't expect anymore bold changes in the near future.

Thinking about this more, yeah, the whole Locksley coming back from his terrible stint at New Mexico, to his kid getting shot, to an OC promotion to a Natty seems like the kind of story ESPN would run a Tom Rinaldi bit on, so I'll stick with that.
