They do not. Barring anything from out of the blue, there is nothing morality wise, Kelly did to cause damage to LSU's brand/image. If the man had an affair, they have to prove the affair existed prove it damaged LSU's image. They will not be able to do this, but for shits and giggles lets assume they do.

Kelly's lawyer will then present the numerous publicly available documents and correspondence concerning Les Miles' conduct with student workers and ask the very valid question, why did we not firs Miles for cause and why did we continue to allow him to coach.
