I was responding to the link request.

I don't really give a shite if Saban retires, or coaches another 100 years

Dabo to Bama soon.

I've been thinking Mario Cristobal would be the replacement eventually.

Dabo gets hired immediately and leaves Clemson to go to Bama

Or Dabo stay for the NC game, beats LSU and then goes to BAMA

exactly, I mean LSU is winning with a cartoon character as a coach. A far superior program like Alabama can draw better than he.

Alabama has never won without making a huge proven hire. It's been proven more than once that an organic "homer" type of hire isn't successful. It needs someone to come in and run the show.

"He has no life outside football".An O.Miss friend, involved in the search for the A.D. . said he had several conversations with Kiffen shortly after his hire as H.C. Kiffen, over the course of his 2 yrs with Saban, had a lot of time alone with him & gave numerous examples of how football obsessed Saban is.Would be fishing & all Saban would go on a rant about this player, coach, mabe not fitting in with the program, working out % Saban would start discussing technical aspects of a defensive scheme. Kiffen said he would sit there & not say a word & Saban would go on & on & on. Has a pool at his house & has been it it 3 times, with his grandkids. Look at how soon The Bear died after retiring. Ditto with Saban more than likely

With the Leatherwood announcement, there is no way Saban is retiring or changing jobs.

Agreed. I think a lot of bama kids are going to come back for one more shot at a title and I'm sure part of that pitch is Saban returning also.

Why do you insist on being a dick?

I mean, you’ve been here for years and you’ve always been this way.

Exactly how much are you compensating for?

What they hell makes everyone believe Dabo is going to Bama?!?!?! Following Satan is going to be tough for anyone and if you don't make the playoffs, stands start to empty, revenue goes down. Dabo has a hell of a thing going at Clemson and he's playing for a national championship! He's in a weaker conference and is one of the highest paid coaches out there.... He ain't leaving!

Dabo has talked at length that he wants to stay at Clemson and isn’t interested in leaving to be Alabama’s 3rd best coach in history.
