i know some guy who works for fox was hinting at some monumental news coming out soon. probably nothing but would definitely fit the bill

The rumor is that urban is taking the cowboys job, he has already informed Fox as that is his current employer.

You idiots do this every year.

Remember last year when they had that press conference that was kind of thrown together in a couple hours and turned out to just be the announcement of who was leaving for the draft? The SEC Rant was giddy as hell for about 6 minutes.

LINKYou gotta sift through some shite

Some speculation that it coincides with Garrett being let go. . .but I think that is nonsense. When Nick retires, he'll be done.

1-9 the last 10 meetings, and it was a 5 PT loss to the greatest LSU team in history.

Sorry, try again.

Dabo to Bama soon.

Saban retires.

Dabo gets hired immediately and leaves Clemson to go to Bama.

Clemson gets beat in the NC game AND has a built in excuse of being without their head coach.

Saban is going to win it all next year with that returning cast.

And then he rides off into the sunset. That guy's ego would never let him retire after a 2 loss season.

I know Dabo is a Bama alum but why would he leave the ACC and move to the hardest division in CFB? He has built a great program there and can contend for the CFP almost every year.

Because Mike Norvell's now at Florida State and will put a quick end to Clemson's CFP chances?

In all seriousness, I don't see why Dabo would leave Clemson to go to Alabama. It's not like he'd get to rebuild a program or whatever... he'd be set up to fail. Miss out on the CFP for a couple years running and they'd toss him out, would they not?

Word is that Bama is about to be hit hard with NCAA violations, but Saban agreeing to retire to keep it hush.

Where did you hear this word? In your own head? In your dreams? NCAA hasn't even been sniffing around Bama. Even if Saban agreed to keep it hush, it wouldn't be kept hush.

i mean they would probably just hire dabo or something so it probably wouldnt make a difference unfortunately

exactly, I mean LSU is winning with a cartoon character as a coach. A far superior program like Alabama can draw better than he.

Georgia is going to see sanctions long before Alabama does.

Haha. I should have made a note hinting that it was sarcasm as that rumor seems to come out every year. I guess it wasnt obvious enough.
