his wizardry is highly suspect to me. no "great" offensive mind has as bad the last 2 years as hes had with the players we have. theres simply no excuse.

Agreed. If it takes 3-4 years for a player to get his system than its not pratical.

gary, you called nothing short of a masterful game vs tOSU in the BCSCG, but its been all downhill since and its time for you to move on. you simply have not produced.

I really don't see why its so hard for Miles to do that, especially with his own job at stake if it keeps happening

This is who we need. He loves Boise but throw the money at him and see. He can always retire there at the age of 50.

i dont give 2 shits what kind of offense we run as long as they put points on the board. i have no problem using scheme(like the spread) to help manufacture points.

personally, i dont see the appeal of running a pro style system

You can X him off the list because he would throw it to much for most people's taste on this board.

THIS
I don't want anyone else from BYU ever. Crowton has put the stink on them so bad that if I was a Mormon, I'd change my religion.

Every team runs gimmick plays in practice. Boise just runs them more during the games, and I'm willing to bet that 90% of those trick plays are called in from Peterson.

I know this has been answered, but is Crowton under contract after the bowl game?? If he is working on a year to year basis looks like there would be no problem with moving on....

It's not like they run the same offense.. we could tear up the SEC with an air-raid offense

I get that - but why swap one BYPuke for another? If we want an air-raid type offense...just get Leach or someone else?

Yes, I have a major disdain for anything BYPhew. Sports and non-sports related.

Not so fast my friend...

Just a personal opinion...but I'm out here in the thick of them...not the type of people I enjoy being around and they tend to walk around with a sense of entitlement and a 'holier than thou' attitude. Most think their teams are 'all that' when they haven't done squat. Good basketball team but this area is basketball centric.

Personally, I like the U of U much better. It will be interesting to watch them in the PAC-12 next year.

In case you're wondering...my kids are here.

Not trying to hijack the thread....it's just a personal opinion and I would rather pick up a new OC from somewhere else.

Because there are people closer than you to the situation who think there is a chance you're wrong.
