Orgeron candidate for NFL job
Posted by Jack Crevalle

This works. Would much rather him resurface in the NFL than in college potentially recruiting against LSU. SI/FanNation on possibility of O to Atlanta as DL coach:

Ed Orgeron is a Ryan Nielsen guy, and vice versa. So now that Nielsen has been lured from the Saints to be the new DC in Atlanta, it’s not much of a leap to suggest he’d want to hire Orgeron.
Orgeron and Nielsen have a deep connection. Nielsen played for Coach O at USC and coached on Orgeron’s staff at Ole Miss. Orgeron once tried to bring Nielsen from the Saints to LSU. And now that Nielsen is in Atlanta? Logic says the new coordinator might try to return the favor.

This dude stiffed O thinking he had his DC his last year at LSU. The Saints blocking him was BS. He never intended to be LSU's DC he just straight fricked O because he didn't want to tell him straight up no.

I have absolutely no concern about him recruiting against LSU.

Why does he need to work, LSU gave him an early retirement and he’s still healthy enough to enjoy the hell out of life. I don’t think he works for anyone anytime soon

Why would people worry about recruiting in the NFL? I’m very confused

I'm choosing the latter.
