For those that think Saban is doing this to get more money out of Bama, why would he need to involve Texas at all?
He could just threaten to retire unless Bama gives him X amount of money. No need to involve Sexton or UT whatsoever.

I find it hard to believe he will be coaching 8 more years but for 11+ I guess it's possible

You guys really believe this? The highest paid coach in football is Sean Payton at 8 Million. No way they are going to pay a college coach 25% more than then highest paid NFL guy. Come on.
