This one in particular does feel like an agent leak for leverage, but coaches say things they don't mean all the time. You should put negative stock into anything said at a pep rally.

Do you honestly think this deal was done since Riley went to USC??
If so you are grossly ignorant of how long it takes to put this type of deal together.
Read the details of Rileys deal..it took months.
This deal was worked out over the last few weeks.
