Scott Woodward knows about these things and apparently held Mark Stoops in higher esteem than Billy Napier, and Brian Kelly higher than both.
I'm going to say that Scott Woodward's analysis is probably correct.
Which brings me back to the question for you Nappyheads - what are you going to do if/when it turns out that the guy you turned cultists for isn't even as good as Mark Stoops?
