Seems like a pretty good match. I always thought the Cardinals taking him from Texas Tech, where he didn't do a great job, and making him a first time NFL HC was a really really dumb move. I think he'll do much better as an OC and work his way into getting another shot at an NFL HC job.

Goodness gracious son!

Been trying to find something wrong so I can make a smartass WNHI joke, but I'm finding that mighty difficult to do.

he might have been better off taking an offen coord job over a head coach job initially

Kliff is such a red flag hire. Steer clear.

“Contractual hangup” and now other teams are swooping in.

Notably the Commanders

His offensive scheme is more college friendly than pro…I could see this happening if and when Kelly leaves.

It'd be an atrocious hire for UCLA.

Sounds like he’s going to be Washington’s OC now

Wonder if this is a Caleb Williams thing. Washington telling him they will trade up for him or know that Chicago won’t take him, or think Caleb will try to get his way there somehow

Not just Williams. If the Raiders can't trade up they might end up with the 5th QB in this draft. Also wouldn't be surprised if Pierce doesn't have the longest leash in terms of job security.

This is akin to calling out someone covering recruiting for not being able to predict what a 17/18 year kid is going to do from minute to minute.

Kliff is a spoiled child who is easily swayed.
