Traylor seems genuinely uninterested in leaving San Antonio

Tulane should tell Fritz to kick rocks. They are Tulane!!! Tulane waits for no coach

Tulane has a history of losing coaches that succeed there.

Mac Brown
Tommy Bowden
Someone else I can't think of

I hope they keep him.

How in the world were they supposed to keep Mack away from UNC and Bowden away from Clemson?

That's the whole point Doc. One of them has to fall in love with Audon Park in uptown New Orleans

Houston ain't Clemson or UNC though.

Kingbury couldn’t compete in the B12 at Tech. Why in the world would they think he could do it at Houston?

Why do teams keep doing this to themselves?

His ceiling will be 7 wins.

Is it because he's a good looking guy? How much longer can he ride the Johnny Manziel Heisman train

The only really interesting part of that Netflix Manziel show was Kiff talking about what worked w/ Johnny. He claims the secret to their success was just giving up and letting Johnny do whatever he wanted.

Any prospective employer needs to watch that.

It's funny because, at the time back in 2012, I'd convinced myself that Kiff really was reworking the playbook to capitalize on Johnny's abiltiy w/ designed runs and fakers. A fan will believe what a fan wants to believe.

That’s why he’s interviewing twice a day. To tell them how uninterested he is

I am a Tech guy, and I love Kliff but he would not be a good choice. He needs to be a coordinator not a head coach.

Traylor interviewed a second time yesterday and this morning I heard it’s between him and Patterson but most likely Traylor

Kingsbury is just there for a sucker bet. Word is he hasn’t even interviewed

Was, maybe, dude looks terrible now. Think he spent too much time with the lady boys in Thailand.

Kingsbury was dreamy back in his day. I think that bought him a lot of grace.

Mangino had no such favor

Good options. Hope it means washed up Patterson and never-was Kliff aren't truly under consideration.

Patterson should come to LSU and fix the defense until a big job opens up.

Odom is a little risky to me. The other two seem like good options, especially Fritz. Would UH folks be happy with Traylor? I have my questions about him but he would clean up on overlooked East TX talent there

The longer this goes on the more it looks like Fritz.

Yeah if no one is announced by Friday afternoon it means they are waiting on the conclusion of the AAC championship to get Fritz

Would be a shame to lose him to Houston of all places but we should still be okay unless he just pillages the entire roster.
